Amy Hennig
Amy Hennig is an American video game director and scriptwriter.
Career
Her first job as a freelance was for ElectroCop; she created an unreleased Atari 7800 game based on the Atari Lynx launch title. Then, she began her work in the industry on the Nintendo Entertainment System. In Nintendo, she debuted by designing the Super Nintendo Entertainment System for the game Michael Jordan: Chaos in the Windy City. After that, she later went to work for Crystal Dynamics. In 2014, Amy left Naughty Dog.
Famous works
Her main work there is the Legacy of Kain series. As for the Naughty Dog studio (worked there since 2003), her work includes two primary series: Jak and Daxter and Uncharted.
Impact
Hennig assumes that the creative direction of a script is sometimes even more important than the graphics as it helps create the atmosphere of the game.
