About

The prequel to Radon Labs' award-winning RPG, Drakensang: The River of Time introduces a brand new story within the Drakensang universe. The new story brings many innovations and new game elements for experienced as well for first time players, who will jump right into the fascinating medieval fantasy RPG scenario of Drakensang: The River Of Time.
Starting in Aventuria’s Middenrealm in the city of Ferdok, the story of the games takes players down the Great River to the city of Nadoret. Many mythical legends entwine around this river and will also flow into the main plot. The story will contain more twists than in Drakensang: With every place the player visits, his view on things will change. Depending on the choice of character, and behavior, new opportunities and series of quests will come up.
Living on a ship, players will experience a broad variety of RPG quests. There will be two new character archetypes to play, tons of new foes and monsters as well as equipment items.
Two new classes of heroes: the Geodes (rare Aventurian druids of the dwarfs) and the Gjalskerland inhabitants (tenacious and hard barbarians).
Advanced expert mode and adjustable levels of difficulty.

Drakensang: The River of Time reviews and comments

Read the reviews and bought all three of the games presented in the game, but started something with this. Nothing foreshadowed troubles... At First it was even joyful: decent role-playing component, cozy graphics, good voice... And then He came. A Thick polar fox with a brazen snout. It Turned out that the cozy Mirok is isolated and you can walk on it only within the plot. Many classes are almost indistinguishable except for starting stats and skills. Developers meticulously counted each point available on the map experience, accustomed to swing, exploring the world, and then pass the story, laughing at the opponents (yes-yes-yes... In the first passage of the Gothic I fell into what Ulu-Mulu did was not from what, because each part began with the destruction on the map of everything that gave the experience, even the guards in the camps...), so here, free mobs on the cards do not (not counting the spring of the beast in the forest to the east From Ferdoc, and for them with the rise of level cease to give pathetic 2, and then 1 unit of experience), experience catastrophically lacking. Bottom Line: Beautiful world, but do not walk, good role-playing system, but do not swing from the soul, Manchkin in general death. As Leonid Filatov: "There is tobacco, there is nothing to sniff, there is a bench, and nothing to sit down." Shame. It's a shame. The Desire to ram on a rope to be dragged on a linear story is not at all. Made the game clearly with the soul, but it seems that without a head. Or for robots.

Graphic, in my Opinion, is still quite sufficient. The Setting Is great, many well-known voice Actors are there. The Fighting Style a Disaster ... Characters react cursed slowly or not at all. Whether Near or Long-distance combat it all feels the same shitty. The Fighting consists of pure Press. Impatiently, one can wait until the Character Has breakfast his Series of numbers without being able to intervene in the Combat Process himself. With the wild click on Number Keys I would even be able to make friends (there are many other MMOS where this is also the case) if the individual Battle Moves were not so sau slow, so does no fight, rather than if the Characters are one at every Moment. Sleeping. NPCs or entire Ships sometimes disappear completely from the Scene (very annoying if it is a Dealer, For example) I got mega annoyed to have bought the Game then for €19. I was probably too influenced by the positive Reviews ... I didn't really want to evaluate so early, but this Fighting Technique is so easy not to be Fun. Oh and very important BEFORE you can play the Game and own Windows 10 you can get the German Translation first and set it to run on Windows 10 at all! I think something like that should be displayed much more Recognizably on the Shop Pages, as I was not the one-sier one. Best in thick red Writing or something ... (Will it not be done in a Intentional?!)
