A few tricks: 

1. Do not forget that the jump can be double, and sometimes even higher 

2. Every time Ling gets 5 bullets, he slows down, so in order to win, don't forget to shoot as hard as you can

3. Don't try to jump over Cockroaches. They are too fast. Just Shoot them!
