About

«Fly, Glowfly!» is an unusual logic game – a combination of the level editor, arcade and maze game genres. Your goal is to help Glowfly to collect all bonuses on the level and reach the finish by placing different blocks on its way. In the beginning this game will resemble some puzzle, but next levels are almost mind-blowing – you need good reaction to win! More than 75 levels divided into chapters with unique gameplay features, hand-drawn art, ambient soundtrack – it definitely won't leave you indifferent!

Fly, Glowfly! reviews and comments

Translated by
Microsoft from Russian
"In The riddle is interesting not the truth, which she hides, and the mystery that she keeps." Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt. Fly, Glowfly! -A dynamic puzzle game in which the player, using four types of blocks, you need to hold the Firefly to the exit. To Perform this simple, at first glance, the task will not be so easy for several reasons. First, the Firefly will begin to fly nonstop after the first touch, watch carefully so that it does not get drunk on spikes or flew off the screen. Secondly, at many levels it is necessary to perform a number of actions, without which the desired output will not be opened. It can be both collection of keys and pressing of various buttons which activate or deactivate different devices. Thirdly, after a couple of dozens of levels will appear driving mechanisms that pretty spoil the player's nerves, because you have to not just solve the puzzle at the stage, but also be able to avoid the collision, which ends fatally for our winged hero. All in a Fly, Glowfly! Five chapters, and should be commended to the authors, they are all quite diverse. I will Not spoil the pleasure, telling what awaits you, let it be a small and pleasant surprise, but I can say that closer to the final will not just think, but quickly think. If you find it a little, you will find another 15 bonus levels, a peculiar solyanka of five chapters, and the developer promises to add new in subsequent updates. Also at each stage you can take a bonus star, it is a kind of additional test for those who want to test their strength. You can Get to the exit in a few minutes, but to take the bonus must find some original solution, sometimes not the most obvious. For the passage of all levels including bonus with an asterisk I took about 12 hours. In Fly, Glowfly! Everything is done at a good level, including the soundtrack, graphic design and design, but that's what the game lacks, so it's tools for creativity. It would be Nice to add a level editor, maybe then the game would have new stages much faster. I would like to see some story about a firefly, sneaking through the wilds of a dark magic forest, or anything in a similar spirit. Take a brilliant puzzle SpaceChem, there was no, but the story of an employee interplanetary corporation. Although for the proposed price, it is probably foolish to demand more. Pros: + Original and diverse levels. + Bonus asterisk-additional test. + Multilingual. + About 100 stages. Cons:-I would like to see the level editor. -There is no plot (more like a wish than a minus). Bottom line: Fly, Glowfly! -A good puzzle, which will take the player for a full 10-12 hours. Nothing Innovative game will not offer, but their money would discourage completely. My score is 7.5 points out of 10! P.S. the Review is written by one of the authors of Special Games Club.
