About

Guns of Icarus Alliance is an extended player versus environment edition of Guns of Icarus Online, a player versus player multiplayer FPS. It contains Set in a steampunk world, the game is focused on airship combat where you take the role of a member of a four-player team. Every player is responsible for their part of the ship and needs to perform different functions. The game features all content from the original game, including PvP mode.

There are three classes in the game: Pilot, Gunner or Engineer. Only the good interaction and balance between these roles will let your team be successful during battles. You can build and customize your own ship and complete different missions against AI opponents. Raising your rating within the faction, you will gain all perks a leadership can give. Additionally, the game features the fight over certain territories you can conquer. As a result, every match affects the entire war map, taking into account your and your opponents’ wins and fails.

7 Hours of Play time in the Dev app (Beta Trial) and now once again a few Hours since Release, the Problem with Game Time recording has since been patched, which now allows me to hand in my Mustard. Nundenn. Since the Official Release, there is finally something going on on the Servers, Games can now be found very quickly ^^. As far as the 4 new Ships are concerned, I only give over the experience from the DEV app, since they now have to be Released in the COOP, as if so to the new Weapons and the Special Capabilities. Unfortunately I belong to the Variety Player who Likes to play some Free, I always want everything immediately at the beginning in games like this. But citing this as a Criticism is rather petty, back to The Subject. The free Ships are all beautifully designed and stand out well from the previous Ships (so not just another Galleon in the new Pixel Garb). The new Free-spreadable Weapons are also very Interesting, such as the Target Following rocket Launcher (Swarm Rockets that fly where you go). In the Missions, Muse should quietly put a Rail on it during the next week months, more Variety, even if it were just maps, there is never Traffic. From Mission set-up there are the Usual Known Foods such as Search and Destruction, Bases Destroy, VIP PROTECTION (not a doofen AI but one of your own Ships then plays the VIP. One can only hope that the Captain is not a Hobby Rambo), own Base Protection as well as Collect resources, while at the same time Protecting his own Facilities. Well, I did everything to love this game. I gave it a chance. I did all tutorials (they were awfully boring). I decided not to stop and try an online co-op. I waited for 3 minutes in the queue on Steam. And, I guess, it’s not the longest time I could wait. At this point my patience ran out and I understood I’ll never play this piece of crap again.  
If you have a team of players to share the fun, go and try this game! It’s incredible, the gameplay is cool, I have no complaints about the content. But if you want to play on your own, better choose another title.
