About

Initia: Elemental Arena is a new take on online arena shooters. It blends frantic team-based game play of first person Arena shooters like Unreal Tournament & the FPS Magic mechanics of Skyrim. It combines it all with strategic objectives and tactical team play. The Initia Formula
  • Dedicated servers and competitive MatchMaking
  • The fast paced action of arena shooters
  • The progressive game play inspired from MOBA objectives
  • Maps that force players to work together in a team (as well as playing for frags).
  • Competitive & fun combat – a team healer with a flame thrower? Why not!?
A layer of Economy, fore-thought: Every objective captured & every kill is rewarded with match crystals.
You use crystals to buy higher elements & combine them with arcane abilities.
But every time you die items are lost – it will always be risk vs. reward.

The game’s different Elements allows players to link up attacks, assist team mates, and toy with enemies. Combine these with:
  • A vast inventory of items.
  • At least 15 special Arcane Abilities.
  • Strategic positions to capture.
  • The ability to summon god-like Avatars.
  • An ever changing range of maps & game play types.
and you have an incredibly fluid battlefield where no two matches are the same.Arcane Abilities!
Arcane abilities play a very interesting role in Initia. You can buy Arcane abilities next to any magic element you choose on spawn. They are designed to offer you utility that will help you or your team in dynamic fights.

The versatility of combining utility with any offensive attack results in refreshing combinations that makes the game-play even more exciting. You can end up being a team healer that can also shoot fireballs.

Initia: Elemental Arena reviews and comments

Early Access Review After looking for 150 Minutes after a Game, all I can say is that it needs more Players ... For the Game itself I can only write what I experienced in a Multiplayer game without Fellow players and without Opponents ... So not much. Here is a Screenshot of the Game so far http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=693654350 I still give the Game a Sensation. Then maybe more Players are available. Bots for a Training Game would have been nice

Early Access Review Review by Initia: Elemental Arena Initia: Elemental Arena is in Early Access and is still being developed. Initia: Elemental Arena is an indie FPS magic Game.It is inspired by Unreal Tournament and Skyrims Magic. Since this Game is in a very early Development Phase there are only 2 Maps that are relatively large. Unfortunately I only had the Opportunity to play a Round with Bots as this Game is still relatively unknown and you don't meet any other Players. Gameplay In this Game you play 5v5. The Goal of a Round is to destroy the enemy Main Core. Before That, you have to destroy the enemy Towers. These Towers do a lot of Damage, so it is almost impossible to destroy them alone. On the Way to the Main Core you will come across the other Players (In this Case bots), who try to prevent you from destroying their Main Core. They also try to destroy your Main Core. Every time you kill an Enemy player you get points in The form of Gems. These gems are the Currency of the Game.Whenever you have died you can get new Types of magic (Fire magic, water Magic, earth magic, etc.), as well as Potions (Healing Potions, Invincibility potions I, etc.) Buy. These strengthen the Damage done to Players and enemy Buildings. Graphics and Sound Initia: Elemental Arena was developed with the Unreal Engine 4. The Graphics are very good, although this Game is still in the early Stages. There is very little to say about the Sound, because only the Ingamesound (e.g. firing the Magic) and a Voice can be heard that gives you information (when the Opponent attacks a Tower). In the Options you can adjust whether the Voice should be Female or Male. Game Performance So far I haven't been able to discover Bugs that would have a big impact on the Game. The Game is going relatively well with some FPS Drops. Verdict Initia: Elemental Arena is an interesting Game. The Mix of Magic + Unreal Tournament is very varied in Contrast to many Shooterns.Even if the Development is still in its early Stages, the Graphics are beautiful and the Game Mode fun. I would advise against a Purchase at this Moment as the Game is still being developed for a long time. 7/10 Points If you liked this Review, visit the Review Program of Schossle's Gaming Group. :)
