S3 is a license type for Live for Speed which you buy to get access to extra content. Buying it unlocks 17 cars 8 racing environments which also includes the S1 and S2 license content. It also gives access to reversed track configurations, custom autocross layouts and custom car skins. Main feature of S3 license is official car mods support where players can create their own car mods and drive cars made by other people.
