Since you can't take Your thumb to the Side, unfortunately there's a down here.
The Idea is nice and implemented it is not brilliant now, but it goes that way. For a Manager, it's actually ripping out.
However, there is no Setting Option for the Difficulty.
I played with Ferrari first and I got 1 + 2 in just about all races. Ok I told myself, then just took the absolute worst Team. It was not quite as dominant, but still won almost every Race and became a very sovereign World Champion and construction World champion. There's no Challenge in the Game. You could still explore so many Parts and Improvements. But even after the first Year, your Own car is significantly faster than in the Previous year, which makes it even easier.
If there was a MultiplayerMod, I would certainly have given Thumbs up, because with some Mates, you can already buck.

Unfortunately very mischievous Manager game, which there was to mass back in the 90s, but some of that time were much better, the Menu, the Graphics, the whole build-up seems old-baked. There is also no Much to do, you build fix ne box together gets 2 Drivers and off you go, Research, staff, finances, youth Work only need 1-2 Clicks the Thing is then choppy. The Races will be ridiculously displayed as to who expects a 3D race in Codemaster Graphics, who will be disaved. A simple 3D Track where not even the Cars are displayed but only Icons, what happens on the Track you have to read through Data, after all, it works quite well if you are familiar with the Topic of Motorsport, but basically it would even be possible as a Browser Game to make.
You can easily bypass the Frezz Bug in Task Manager Pole Position 2012 on CPU 1, the Game does not come to TERMS with Meherkerner, just a further mourning game of the Developers.
Unfortunately, you can't even recommend The Game to Manager Fan.

As a Fan of Ascon's Pole Position (DOS), I couldn't wait to get my Hands on a Successor. Unfortunately, I only received Disarmor. The Only Common Feature seems to be only the Name and the Like. I Could not get started in the 2012 version of the Game without "Let's play." Here my Rating + sponsor system is peeked Off by Grand Prix Manager (-> so is good) + wagon setup has controllable influence on Lap times + Editor present (but not tested by me) o research and Self-production is available (but not required Due To Difficulty)-No License for Names of Teams/Driver/...-Graphic is fit for purpose, but worse than with the 96 original-Little intuitive Control-No multiplayer/Split-screen--Tutorial not present (and the One-liners are useless)-- Difficulty is far too low (with the worst team you loosely always Make room 1 + 2) Conclusion: Getting Into The Game is hard. Add to that the Level Of difficulty that breaks the Game. I bought the Game on 26.11.2012. But playing didn't go until after the Let's Play, when nearly 4 Years later. Last Patch was in 2014. If you want something "Manage," you should either switch to the Original or maybe switch to Football instead of Formula One.
