Men of Valor reviews and comments

Great shooter from early 2000 in the Vietnam scenario. It can be frustrating when enemies are shooting you through bushes while you cant see them or friendly AI is blocking your way but besides that it is a fun game with visits to all significant places in the NAM War. (Hue part was by far the most fun.) There is no manual saving which is a big plus. There are not much Vietnam War games out there so if you are interested in the scenario and you like old school shooters you should totally get it. Its worth the price.

Recommended for Retrogaming enthusiasts, this game has not too badly aged at the level of the textures of decors and weapons surprisingly well detailed for a game that to more than 10 years now, CERTE the journey of the missions is a large corridor but beyond that the I u is pretty fun, sometimes very funny dialogues evoking some cinematic adaptation on this conflict. I regret the absence of the iron sight still quite important for an FPS, but you get used to it quickly. To be placed alongside the famous game "Vietcong 1" but not on 2 ^^. Besides it would be cool if a steam reissue compatible with the current machines came out, patience can be...

Good game on this conflict that has traumatized a whole nation, one can reproached a scenario too Hollywood by its side action and a big flaw of the game, the enemy shots that focus on the player, defect that I had noticed the time when I had the game in its format CD ROM, so I saw enemies coming out of the corners of the screen, running straight ahead of them pulling and exit balls at an angle of 45 °! Some passages are to start again dozens of times because the gauge of life empties quickly, we take a bullet, the time to press the button of care, we took two or three and it is necessary to redo everything but this does not remove anything from the pleasure of the game and its diving in this conflict

I was very happy to discover this game, by the developers of Medal of honor Allied landing. What a chance to deccover an original and interesting context, the Vietnam war. Unfortunately, the game is packed with bugs. -The game launch menu takes long minutes to appear on the desktop, after an introduction that you hear but invisible-crash to change options-randomly after changing the settings, the game and the desktop appear extremely Dark it also has flaws:-no support of wides resolutions (16/10 and 16/9 also it seems to me, apart from the 1200 * 720)-system of draining blood: you have to keep pressing the F key while our fingers are mobilized elsewhere-like for example to be e Crouching: the character comes up on his own, it is necessary to keep the key...-and the hero can not jump
