NEON STRUCT

A good little stealth game. The graphics and gameplay are rudimentary, but effective. I finished it in about 10h, but if you want to finish each level without being seen and/or to a higher difficulty, this can increase its lifespan. Works perfectly at 60 FPS under Arch Linux 64 bit on core i5 + GTX 660 (Nvidia driver), except that one can not assign an accented key in the options, which is not ideal with a keyboard bépo (I had to use "y" and "." instead of "é" and "o" for the acti to lean left or right).

Neon struct is an undercover game with a very minimalist graphics you play a u.s. secret agent, Jillian Cleary. You are sent by the Agency to carry out a mission. Once the mission is completed, you return to Washington to meet your boss... but things are not going to evolve in the right direction and you will find out what it is to be a fugitive agent! Who can you trust? Who is a powerful traitor? Maybe you.... The fun game if you really like a minimalist 3D. If you prefer precision and quality, it's not the game you're going to like. A little detail that I like is the consideration of the noise you can make by moving. If you are not silent as a feline, you can be spotted and there you risk to pass. Another thing, if you forget to conceal a body and a person discovers it, it can give the alarm and make the guardians suspicious. For fans of undercover games... Very good little undercover game, which reminded me a lot of my parts on the first 2 thief, which is rather a compliment I have to say. If you have already played eldritch (which I also warmly recommend), you will not be so disliked so these 2 games are similar in the way of handling our character. So very good playability, nothing to complain about. The story when it is allowed to follow, and even if certain passages are predictable, it remains interesting until the end. I greatly appreciated the Visual part of the game, very purified and that works beautifully while being of exemplary readability. Beautiful colorful atmosphere with neon, I love. The music, very new-waves, are excellent and expanded well the atmosphere very 80 's. On the other hand I found that at the level of sound effects, although very good overall, lacked atmosphere sounds, and it is a small reproach that I would do the game. Difficulty level, it is very affordable (I made the game in hard) and less difficult than a thief, even if some passages are a bit tense. In summary, if you like old-fashioned infiltration and well done, go ahead.
