Numantia reviews and comments

Product received for free Numantia transports us to the 2ND century BC to Hispania in the midst of war between the Celtiberian tribes and Rome, being able to choose between both factions which we wish to lead along the campaign mode. The game has an important historical component because it recreates what happened during those years, being able to influence but without altering the outcome, so that lovers of history should not worry about the historical facts. As for the game, mix the narrative genre with strategy and management, I mean, there is an important load of dialogues in which you will have to make timely decisions, each with its consequences, you also have to manage well the resources we get from These decisions to create an army and improve it. As for the strategy, once we get down to the war board, we will have to know how to move the units and where to position them, knowing that each one has its own characteristics and advantages. It Is A totally recommended game if you like the strategy of Board and that historical component to fly over every decision you take. As a negative aspect, mentioning that some battles can be done long if you don't learn to control your units well.

I Had my doubts about this game, but since I learned something more than a year ago, as a lover of history I wanted. Then I will make a brief summary of the negative points and the positive points that I personally have found so far (tutorial and little else). I Have to say that I like to start with the negative so let the sweet for the end and we go with the good taste that this title of RecoTechnology, Spanish company deserves. -NEGATIVE POINTS: You Have to use Peripheral (command), if you want to be able to move well between the units, turn the camera well and ultimately for the micromanagement of your troops, the camera and the different menus of the game. You have to like TBS (board Strategy in turn) or at least, not upset too much. -POSITIVE POINTS: In The first place and as it could not be less, I praise its historical rigor in the plot, the historical characters, places, battles, etc.. Without hesitation I find its strongest point and congratulate the creators for designing such a gem of our history in a way so enjoyable and exciting. Numancia didn't deserve less. Continuing with the points to highlight in positive, its graphics but nothing of the other world, I find attractive to the view. The Soundtrack is great, it transports you to the time and there are parts where I was quite excited to the point of having to shout while admiring his exciting story: PIRUS FLAMMIS comBUSTa QUAM WEAPON NUMANTIA VICTA or what comes to be in Castilian : PREVIOUSLY BURNED NUMANCIA THAT DEFEATED BY THE WEAPONS. Last and not least the difficulty is quite high and balanced by intervening many factors in the future of battles, which as understand I will not put to break down here. Without more I invite you to try such a juegazo sadly little recognized, which takes us by the hand to know and feel a bit of our history very didactic and exciting.
