About

Race To Mars is a turn-based, space company simulation game. Become the head of the newly established “New Space” company whose goal would be to establish a colony on Mars. You begin as a startup - develop cutting edge aerospace technologies and use them to achieve orbit and fly beyond Earth vicinity, blazing the trail of a space pioneer and leaving the competition far behind on your way to victory.

Our game will achieve two goals - promote the outer space industry and satisfy all economy game fans. Race To Mars combines the realism of a spaceport management sim and approachable gameplay - we assure you that both subject aficionados and casual gamers will find this mixture most entertaining. Our priority is to make an approachable game without compromising its key economical and strategical features - says Szymon Janus, the CEO of INTERMARUM.

Since we aim to deliver the best quality, we're developing the game in close cooperation with scientists from a Polish space industry company, Kosmonauta.net; and we're using Unity, the leading multiplatform game engine, thanks to this we'll be able to deliver top quality content.

Early Access Review The Entry Full Of Anticipation from the Tutorial to introduce to the game ... But the Tutorial could not show me so much, because unfortunately the Tutorial Itself is still in an (very very) Early Access phase! Now the Tutorial goes all the Way to Explaining the Control-no longer! Okay, so then do something without a Tutorial ... Appearance & Building 4 of about 20 Buildings have got their own Graphic donated, all others still have a simple white Model. If everything can come later, it is not so bad. The Look in itself is not a Boy. But it's not bad again. What should I do??? So okay, what should I do? The Tutorial could not tell me that yet ... I'll just hire 10 Engeerer! These have a Skill between 1 and 3. So just scour the infinite List of Applicants for Skill 3. Okay done! Research, research and research again! Stump Research! No further Explanation necessary! And again and again I have to complete the Round on The Report screen with Enter. I just lack the Function from CIV V round "Automatically quit ..." And now? I had to learn from the News Entry here in Steam How to get a Satellite into Space. Doesn't Work out. Update wait. Conclusion Early Access is really called Early Access! The Game really has potential And should definitely be developed. However, in this State, even for an Early Access Game, I can only advise against a Purchase for the time being. The Developers should now prove that You are serious about this Title and bring Out updates! Only then is it also worthwhile for other Players who are not prepared to make such a €20 loosely.

Early Access Review At the Moment I can't advise buying the Game although I find the good Potential to Become an interesting Game. There have been no Updates for Months and only Promises that come. Unfortunately, the Developers don't seem to understand the Concept of Early Access. With Early Access you won't really complain because it is still acceptable that the Games are still changing and are buckled. Worse than that, no Updates are coming and it gets the Feeling that the Game will no longer evolve, If soon you can see that the Game will be further developed and not only promised, I will be happy to change my Judgement. Update: With the Patch of January 24, 2015, you can see the Changes that have been made to the Game. However, there are no Opportunities to make Money except that you lend money to the Bank. Also not mandatory for a Game in development. After I built the small and the Lake Lauchfaciliy, I unfortunately had to realize that these Interfaces have not yet been implemented. In the process, you can set in the monent except Staff, research and build Buildings until the Seed capital Is exhausted, even do nothing. Furthermore, at least one Bug (Random Event is displayed and the Interface cannot be closed) is still present. As far as I have looked at it, the Menues in Full screen Mode are also not fully visible when you get to deeper Levels. (Only happens if game resolution does not cooperate with the Screen resolution) The Assessment remains unrecommended, with the 2 Reasons: 1) It does not expose any achievable Targets that consider key features. It is not possible to make Money or launch Missiles. In the Version before it, at least this was possible to a small Extent) 2) Due To the previous update speed of development. The old Bug that already appeared in the previous Versions and was criticized as extremely disturbing by many Others reappears/is still not fixed. Both Reasons can be eliminated by a consistent Development and especially regular timely Updates for a positive Evaluation.
