Renegade Command Map Generator

This program - not yet a proper game - will generate an algorithmic star cluster based on the user's settings. I'm releasing this simple generator now for ProcJam, but I intend to continue developing this project into a scenario generator for the tactical space combat game (working title of Renegade Command) that I've been tinkering with for the past couple of years.
