Rush to the Eventide Train

It’s 5:50 pm and your train leaves at 6:10. 

Well, technically 6:13, but you just find it easier to round down. 

Between you and the train station lies the subway, one that will take you there with just barely enough time to spare. No coffee, no time for any stimulants to keep you awake as the sun begins its descent into the horizon, so why are the stops so strange? Where are all the people, and more importantly, will you still be able to make it to your train in time?
