About

Soulcalibur VI is the seventh major installment in its series of 3D sword fighting games. This installment serves as a reboot of the Soulcalibur series.

Plot

The plot retells the events that happened before and during the original Soulcalibur and alters them, thus creating a new timeline for the franchise. The events of the game are set between 1583 and 1590. As with the original, the story is based around the conflict between two magical swords, the evil Soul Edge that devours souls and Soul Calibur, the spiritual sword, and their respective wielders. The Soul Edge belonged to a dreaded pirate Cervantes de Leon until a brave knight named Siegfried challenged him.

Gameplay

The game is meant to attract new players to the series, and some of the changes were made for that goal. For example, the game introduces Reversal Edge mechanic, in which two opponents enter a slow-mo scene and exchange blows in a rock-paper-scissors manner by pushing a single button. This option allows even the novice players to counter most types of attacks. There's also a new Lethal Hit mechanic which allows the players to knock the opponent down by performing moves in the right time.

Characters

The game includes most of the popular characters of the series, such as Mitsurugi, Siegfried, Sophitia, and Cervantes de Leon. Some of the characters are redesigned. Geralt, the famous protagonist of The Witcher series, appears as a playable guest character.

Soul Calibur-finally back! What did I miss it. It's just as horny as it used to be, the Game runs like lubricated and bucks until your Thumbs fall off. Those who like beat em ups will love SC6! Clearly Recommendation on my part!

Soul Calibur is back, one of the best in the series the editor allone is worth it^^ i suprised how well the new machanics and fighting system work, best thing there is even a very well made singleplayer contant, something i miss in modern fightinggames. Online works well and its overall just much fun to play. on the nagativ side is the seasonpass and the fact that tira is finished in the game but was forcefully removed to sell it extra back to the player, but we get 2B

Is Just as I expected it to be, it's Fun and Gameplay is Damn good. Story is 2 Types separated A with Own Chracher because you can Create, and just play the Story of the Cast through each individual and Main Is quite Nice and also fun. Kleg-made is Awesome There are multiple Breeds and Easy to test you can already live out To Krerativ. What just don'T understand the Local Multiplayer Sprich kan have a PC with against when playing And, that hasn't revealed every Game Heut which ^^ when you Make any mention when You advertise for Game.

As a Fan of the 1 Hour with Soulblade on the PS 1 I probably can't judge the Game 100% neutral. It's Soul Calibur, in new Graphic. Since I no longer owned a Playstation, I have unfortunately not been able to spoze my Taki Snaps and NPC for hours. Graphically, the whole thing looks very good and runs smoothly with me on my 1060 GTX WITH 6GB. I've found the Storry Mode a Bit disappointing so far. The Main Storry can only be played with Kilik, and on Taki I could only kill any other Ninias that would steal my Sword. I had imagined an RP Modi a little more extensively. There are also no Film Sequences that drive the Storry forward. The true RP Mode is only possible with a self-created Char, which then takes on the fighting Stalks of the Right Characters with various Weapons. There are no Film Sequences here, but a correct Thread of action and also varied Tasks and partly happy degree of Difficulty. There don't seem to be many new Characters at my first Glance. My last time intense Soul blade punging was on PS 2 many years ago, and I only see 2 new Characters at the Moment, or even not all of them available when you're zocking without DLC. For fans of the Series to Be recommended for sure, but so far found nothing that a Mortal Kombat or Tekken would not offer for less Money.
