SPACE RANGERS: QUEST is a new text adventure in the world of Space Rangers with a touch of nostalgia. Save the Coalition from the new threat!
Choose a space ship and sail on a journey. You are to research the origin of the threat and defend the organic life. But do not expect to be laureled – a life of the ranger is full of danger. You will be getting hard-earned credits, doing the dirty and sometimes illegal work. But if you manage to get space maps, then you will gain access to the entire galaxy full of possibilities. Intelligent and over-intelligent races, battles vs. pirates, holograms and hallucinations, battle controlled robots! Never say never and just be on guard.FEATURES
CLASSIC TEXT QUESTS. A classic sci-fi saga both in the form and contents, easy written and humorous.
INGENIOUS PUZZLES. A space ranger shall be smart and intuitive to find the way out of challenging situations. Dozens of unrepeatable situations – from combat to especially hard-to-crack puzzles.
SPACE BATTLES. It is kind of stupid to leave a dock without guns – humongous space monsters are quite unlikely to attack you, but numerous pirates from every system definitely can. Shields ready?
ROLE-PLAYING. By completing tasks you can earn not only credits to get fuel or repair a ship, but also to do multiple upgrades. Spend them all, or deposit for future – this is the question. So use them wisely!
RANDOM EVENTS. Every system always means a new acquaintance, but it is quite hard to tell what it brings.
UNKNOWN TWISTS and Turns of Supposedly Well-Known Events. An attentive ranger will find out much more than what was in the galaxy news.

Space Rangers: Quest reviews and comments

Translated by
Microsoft from Russian
Before writing a review, I ran through the eyes on the already written, and in each second saw the same thoughts: or "It's just a game on mobile phones, the computer to play it boring, why is it in the steam released?" or "Yes it's just stripped" Rangers "with All the same quests and a minimum of new content! Cheated, Don't buy! ". No, guys, I understand everything, but I think these two things were obvious before the purchase, and if that didn't suit you-why buy a game? In Defense of the first I can say that those who are more comfortable to play on their smartphone, have this opportunity, and we, PC-gamers, would be very offensive if the game bypassed us. As for the second-in my opinion, people just do not understand what the game is. Remember any re-release of the second Ranger-"reboot" or HD. Remember the small button in the main menu, allowing you to play any quest without starting a new game? I Do not know how you, and I addressed it quite often, and with a large part of the quests met through it. Because a new game to start-it means for a hundred hours to fall out of reality, to release the system, loot the koala, trade, beat the Pirates in the Hypere... But often there is no time for this: there is only one evening at the disposal, and I want to get the essence of the favorite atmosphere for this evening! And This quintessence was the quests. There's still a system like this, remember-there are only three quest available, and until two of them pass, the next three will not open? It was a hefty stimulus with time to open, and then to pass them all! A kind of mini-game, which for the first time very even tightened. So, Space Rangers: Quest is not a re-release of the "Rangers", it is a reissue of that very mini-game. Seriously, look at the gameplay: we go through quests, which initially available only a few pieces, earn credits, open new sectors with new quests. All This is seasoned by any plot, giving an additional stimulus to pass the game, and cheerful scripting situations that dilute the gameplay, but almost not distracting from it. And there is no replayability. Well, isn't it great?.. And now, when we finally get the idea of the game, and all the uninterested have closed the store page, let's finally evaluate its implementation. In Short, SRQ is an anti-under KHTD. If in HD many trifles were hairstyles, improved and optimized, then in many respects made a step back. In the interface (where the reduced right panel made non-playable quests like "Taxi Driver"), in training ("Look, here you can switch music. Looked? Okay, let's go ahead. Oh, you want to change the composition? Then change, we have not seen everything "), in music (Viniget A-la" only little ", only a third of which is suitable for the format quests. And My favorite A Guest from the Future No, Plok-Plok). And the calculator looks not in the theme, more would help the built-in Notepad, the benefit of a lot of quests passed with a leaf and a pen. One pleases: SNK Their creations have never thrown, it is ready to finish thoroughly for year-and-a-half. But The rewrite of the engine from scratch clearly went to the game to benefit. Remember How the game was conceived when counting votes in the "election"? Now, no hang-ups. Plot. If we describe it in one word, this word will... "Comfortable". He is so brazen explains all the inconsistencies, like the opportunity to pass one quest ten times, that the mind refuses to perceive it seriously-can, so the game is perceived not as a sequel, but rather a spin-offf. Although I must admit, I expected the worst from the plot. The Composition of quests a little disappointing and me, fortunately just two months ago I decided to pass all the quests KRD... At Least quests of the first Rangers diluted for decency, the benefit of the average they will even quality quests from HD. The more so that the KR1 has a candid problem with running on modern systems. And then when the same quests are released already in the fourth game in a row-it went. But the Achivki in the quests-it's really cool, seriously, the jwa of the year waited. A great reason to pass the quests, a great search for some of their development options. You can even call a breath of fresh air. It's a Pity that because of their low number they look rather proof-of-concept than the game's chip. Overall-Playable. On mobile platforms so generally good. Unless the price really bites. Although, in the Guglplee the discount of 80% was already-and in the steam will be brought.
