Sunburn Safety Squad

The summer is hot, and beach ball bay is threatened to close because of the amount of sunburn victims.  Get down to the beach and keep the sunburn rates down by shooting sunburnt beachgoers with Burn-Be-Gone, a substance that cures a sunburn.  Be careful not too shoot beachgoers who aren't burnt, or they may get mad!
