About

We Were Here Too is an online only, first-person cooperative adventure, set in a fictional medieval castle. A game about teamwork through communication, discovery and immersion. As the sequel to We Were Here, it adds a whole new layer to the world of Castle Rock.
This game requires both players to have a working PC-compatible microphone.

As your final hour approaches, a large structure looms up in the distance - towering above the relentless storm. With nowhere else to go, you decide to enter this mysterious place, only to find yourself trapped inside… Will you be able to find a way out?

Cooperative – Your voice will have to lead the way. Placed in the shoes of two expeditioners, lost in a castle frozen in time, the only possession you have left is a walkie-talkie.

Immersive – The warmth of life has long left the halls of Castle Rock. Immerse yourself in a thrilling experience as you and your partner puzzle your way through this abandoned fortress. Lose yourself in brand new environments and an original soundtrack.

Mysterious – We were not alone.. Darkness took over these once magnificent halls. Can you discover the truth behind this fate?

We Were Here Too features:

Challenging communication-based teamwork – Play the game with friends or make new ones through a new and improved server browser system

We Were Here Too reviews and comments

Building upon the first game, the sequel introduces some new and challenging puzzles that were both fun and difficult. Communication is once again front and center in this game and timed puzzles will test patience and how well you can explain things. Had a lot of trouble on the last puzzle but it has a great solution to it.

Basically a nice Game, though: It's about as long as the first (free) part, but costs €10. The Puzzles are not very varied in the Comparison To The predecessor. There is little Replay value, as the Solutions for a new Game do not differ much. After all, the Graphics are a little prettier, but for this Price it's a little too little. But I hope the Developers care a bit about it in the near Future. Maybe I'll even change my Rating

Like the first Part, all the Puzzles come up with a well-considered and well and comprehensible (we had to google a Spot but you could probably have come on it) ... It has fulfilled its Meaning to take us untouched for 2 Whitewalls who are bored. Is that worth 8 Euros? I think everyone has to decide for themselves ... Unfortunately, however, I have to say ... In my Opinion, it's too expensive ... But... If you make the Compromise with yourself and say the first Part (which is free) costs 4 euros, and the Part here costs 4 euros ... I would say that's a good Price to pay for the respective Games;)

Good game but Way too short. It takes about 2h to play throught all levels with a friend, after that you are pretty much done with the game. Considering that event thought it randomises its riddles threre isnt any real replayability its realy not worth it. Since the Steam Price is at 9,99€ your basicaly paying ~5€ per hour of fun. For me thats way too high thus, while it is fun while it lasts I cant recommend it for this price. My genaral rule of thumb for such kinds of games is at least 1-2€ for 1h gameplay thats what Im expecting anything more is an extra. Eather at least doubble the ammount of missions or a build in Workshop support or smt like that would be neccescary to make it at least somewhat close to be worth the asking price. Otherwise buy it when its at least -50% off

Since I had already played the first Part and was very convinced of the latter, of course I bought this Part. However, "We Were Here" was free And so I had high expectations for this Game, as €10am is not exactly a small Price to pay for such a game. Unfortunately, these Expectations were not met. This Game is a Copy of the first Part; But with others admittedly good Puzzles. After a maximum of 5h, however, the Game loses its Appeal, as during this Time you loosely played through both Sides and also received the hidden Achievement. At half The price, however, I would definitely recommend the Game; Yet the current Price of £10 is, in my Opinion, absolutely inappropriate. If you consider buying the Game anyway, I recommend playing through the first Part for free first.
It's a great game to play with someone you know. Nothing too cool, but still a decent co-op.
We Were Here, the free one, is almost as good (or bad) as this one. The graphics are a bit fancier, but the puzzles are unimaginative, it’s pretty short. Can’t recommend it.
