About

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II Chaos Rising is the second expansion of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II. It offers new characters Chaos Space Marines and adds new units to all other races. The game takes place in the Blood Ravens work which is in Aurelia. It seems, that Aurelia was lost to the Warp a long time ago, but now it has reappeared. 10 years have passed since the events of Dawn of War II, in invasion of Tyranid is already defeated and Blood Raven heroes from the previous game have returned as well as Chaos Lord Eliphas, Derona and Vandis.
The game for the first time presented the Corruption System. Through multiple objectives during missions, player decides how much corrupted he wants to be. Too much corruption will lead into becoming Chaos, which will lead into betraying the Imperium of man. This choice will affect one of the several games’ ending.
Also, Chaos Rising offers two new environments for players to explore. Three environments from the previous game didn’t disappear so with Chaos Rising players have an opportunity to explore five different locations.

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II Chaos Rising reviews and comments

A good Game, but I can only criticize the Story very much, as with the Main Game. But Since the Spieö scores very big in Operation, Graphics and Fun, you can only give Thumbs up. For me no Game for the Duration, rather for Between to be able to survive the House dragon (Mother-in-law) ^^. PS: I like my Mother-in-law, really ^^

The solo campaign is good but only takes a few hours to finish (some others if you want everything) but where this game resumes (and where my 300 hours have lost xD) it's in the multiplayer. A ' ' RTS ' ' still well screwed and a very pleasant survival mode with the progression of one of the 12 characters (which have more or less different kits). The addition of the extension is very nice and is also well screwed. If you want a tip buy the Gold Edition of DoW 2 because the only version without extension is a bit BOF BOF. I score him a good 8.5/10

Chaos Rising is more likely to be seen as an Add-on! That does not include very many Missions and The Fun Factor is trimmed a little, by the almost Identical Missions. Again, gives many Units to Whlen Out, by Unlocking certain Objects you will be adjusted to the difficulty of your Opponent in the velron of the Game. Chaos Rising Already has a good niveu, the Opponent strength on slight, is demanded a lot from the Players. Conclusion: Few Vehicles, neutered Units than the previous ones, several Skills/bonus enemies and Abilities, development of certain units make the Game Already Playable. For a Warhammer Fan, it's a Phlight Purchase, but for the Newcomers to this Genre, it's a little too Superficial.

Dawn of war 2: chaos rising. What to say about a game like this? I played a lot in the first opus (with all the extensions) and this one initially surprised me but well. I did a lot of LAN in it must be said that in 1 v 1 see his opponent come out 3 dread + 4 terminators ' troops it was enough sucks in the first Dow. DoW 2 offers him another vision of Warhammer 40k, IE we have a vision PLATEAU of the game. You can't get a lot of troops out at once and you have to choose and use each unit wisely. The campaign is just huge (to be done after the DoW 2 campaign of course) and especially possible in co-op to 2. Difficulty levels are appropriate. (you might as well say that in hard it's not easy at times and sometimes it's almost hair pulling) The game offers a mode: Baroud of honor that allows to ally with 2 friends against waves of enemies that were (before 2-3 years ago) infinite. Today there are only 20. But yes this game is to take in Pack with DoW 2 + chaos rising because ♥ ♥ ♥-♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ is good the con. Thing I regret a bit: the few breeds available and playable. Despite the retribution extension that adds a few tricks, it lacks my favorite: the black Eldars.
