About

The U.S. Army is the most powerful ground force in the entire world. The backbone of a ground invasion is the U.S. Army Infantry, and in the midst of combat, their skills, courage, and teamwork are put to the test.
While readiness continues to be the U.S. Army's top priority, how it goes about its business is changing. Full Spectrum Warrior began as a training aid for the U.S. Army to reinforce Army doctrine and team effort within the troops. It is the most realistic portrayal of Infantry-level urban warfare via unique tactical action gameplay. Players become the Squad Leader, commanding Alpha and Bravo squads. There is potential for danger down every alley, behind every window. Watch those angles folks, we've got a job to do here. Hooah!
Unique combination of tactical and action gameplay.
Authentic implementation of U.S. Army Infantry doctrine.
Simple control scheme lets you command eight soldiers in real time.
Squad equipment reflects real weaponry and equipment currently in use by the U.S. Army.
Immersive urban environments with danger around every corner.
2-player co-op, each player controls one fire team.
Includes 2 exclusive bonus levels not available on Xbox.

Full Spectrum Warrior reviews and comments

Full Spectrum Warrior was a very chic real-time Tactical Game In its Day, combining the Aspects of targeted Hedging And tactical team movement with concentrated action and chic staged Cutscenes. In the Middle of It all, instead of just taking part, there was a certain Motto in the FSW. One takes Control of two Fire Teams of the Marines in a fictional Middle East conflict. Doesn't sound particularly innovative at first, but the Gameplay in its Day was something you hadn't seen before. In terms of Overview, one is limited to the Shoulder Perspective of the two Fire Teams and has to slowly advance Road sections around The road section. One Team gives Cover, the other moves. One Team suppresses, flanking the Other. It is precisely these Maneuvers that are celebrated again and again in the Missions. The Fire Teams automatically take over their Lineup. One has only indirect Control over the Events of Where which team should stand and what Task it takes on. The Team then organizes itself for the most Part. Difficult Cover Manoeuvres, scant Overview and low Ammunition supplies make the tactics game a tense Action spectacle that still works even today, even if the Graphics and Soundscape are of course already dusted. Finally, solo is a Lot of Fun, but Coop puts the Game on it.

I love Games like Breach & Clear or Jagged Alliance Online and so I'm always looking for Tactics and or Turn-based Strategy games. Since I have always considered Full Spectrum Warrior to be a 0815 Shooter Brand Call of Duty, the Game has passed me by so far. At some Point I read in one of the best Tactics military Games of Full Spectrum Warrior and kept it in Mind when 07.11.2015 a Weekend Sale of Nordic Games took place at Steam And there Full spectrum Warrior and his Successor TenHammer Together for under 4 Euros were offered I have struck. For a game from 2004 it still looks really good today and captivates for many, many hours, you usually control 1 to 2 Squads here and work your way from Cover to Cover before otherwise one of the Squads very quickly blesses the Temporal and then the Game is a lot A. Full Spectrum Warrior is not an Action Shooter and also nothing for Players who like to "rush," This Game is a Puzzle that you need to solve saves wounded, supports other Squads etc. here counts every Member of a Squad, there are snipers, Grenadiers etc. Full Spectrum Warrior is also welcome to be reissued, it would be great if you had a little more Overview, could penetrate More buildings and not lose the round At the first hit squad member. Oh, yeah, I had no Rucklers or Graphics Errors while playing.
