About
OlliOlli is a skating simulator, is an indie-game developed initially for handhelds, e.g., PS Vita. It is the first title of the series with the second numerical part of the series a year afterward.
Gameplay
The player is presented with the 2D world, which is filled with the ramps, cliffs, railings, and another environment to perform tricks on. As in many titles of its sort, the player gets bonuses for the number of stunts, safety landing and doing combos. The world consists of 50 levels: each one has 5 (250 overall) trophies, accomplishing every one of them unlocks the next level and so on.
Stylistics
The game features pixel-art graphics presuming the level design to be minimalistic. Such style, nevertheless, brings a unique trait to the game's mechanics. While it doesn't feature any of the usual skateboarding title's trampolines and pools, the minimalistic nature of the Olliolli brings the hardcore out and forces the one behind the controller to mash the buttons repeatedly, memorizing the playthrough during the entire level. Final parts of the game resemble the hardcore platformers like Super Meat Boy more than they resemble traditional skating games like Tony Hawk.
The title is also being praised for the soundtrack — it matches the indie stylistics and is available for sale separately.

OlliOlli is a Game that redefines the Skateboarding Genre!
The first Game I put myself back in time from THPS. It makes crazy Mood and offers a Variety of different Tricks and Grinds. Here, every Trick can be combined with the different Grinds that incredible Combos are formed.
Another Feature is the Daily Grind. Here there is a new Level every 24 Hours, which you should train first before you have ONE attempt to sign up to the High Score list. If you kinky that, that's it and you have to wait until the next Daily Grind.
On the Whole, you have to say that the Game is Worth every Penny! For every Fan of the THPS Series, there is only one Recommendation: BUY BUY!

OlliOlli just a Tony Hawk Clone? Not. The Game brings interesting Game Mechanics with one that I haven't seen before. For example, a Core Element is the right Landing after a Grind or even just an Olli. Those who press too early or too late (with the Xbox Controller: a) either get no Points at all or fly down and have to start the Route all over again. It is important to press the Button just before the Ground so that the highest possible score can be achieved.
The Main Focus, though, is grinding. In doing so, Timing plays the most important Role in who masters this for which OlliOlli becomes a Drug. The Flare you get into is addictive and a lot of Fun especially the last Stage has it all. The Game could inspire me for Almost 10 Hours, although there are still some Tasks to be done that the Game places on one, it is repeated in principle.
Small Note at the End. There is another Route every day that can be used. This can be rehearsed as often as you like, but you only have one Chance to drive it officially. The Points achieved can then be used to compete against other Players worldwide. This motivates the daily turn on the game.
A great game, especially for an old fan of the Tony Hawk series who I am. It has challenging levels that will keep you screaming throughout the game, you can make finger-twisting combos which are very satisfying to land. It's fun for a quick play, when you have like 30 free minutes to spend. It would be great if there was some kind of free-roaming maps or infinite maps where you can just do tricks for your own pleasure, tho.
