Omerta - City of Gangsters

Omerta-City of Gangsters. As the Boss of a newly founded Mafia Plan, her Atlantic City is trying to take over. After disappearing from Sicily and settling in America, the Protagonist devotes himself to organized Crime. You start as a small Fish and start as a Henchman of local Crime Bosses. As The Game progresses, however, your own Empire grows and thrives and you continue to rise within the Underworld. The Game is kept in a classic Bird's Eye view and you should think of it less, like a brutal Mafia Boat. Much more, it's an Economic Simulation with a Mafia Scenario and regular turn-based Fights, similar to XCom (just not quite as well implemented as there.) At the Beginning of each Level, you get a Task to work towards. You will always start the same. Smaller Stores will be rented, initial Breweries will be opened and the Black Money Business will be brought to Run. In the Course of the Levels you will always get new, sometimes varied tasks and deal with local Criminals. With increasing Income, you will later have the Opportunity To build Brothels, Casinos, Hotels, etc., and to collect the thick Coal. The Police are constantly sitting in your Neck and you have to stop you being snapped by this one. It is important to smear Deputys, to cheer evidence to other Criminals, or to bribe directly the Chief Commissioner.
