Planar Conquest reviews and comments

This is supposed to be a 4X Game, let's see how well it meets these Requirements, Explore: The only Positive Thing about exploring is finding the opponent. All Resources don't matter (are just a few). Likewise, the Terrain that makes absolutely no Difference, you sometimes need a little more movement Points to cross a Field. Or take the Skill Cartographer (there by 1 and 2 Skill Points respectively) right at the start to have everything uncovered from the outset. So you can completely forget the exploring Part of the Game. Expand: To expand your Territory you need Cities (na something), this you can settle pretty much at will, since you only need 1-3 Cities to produce troops, all the others produce resources. Since the Breeds are absolutely unbalanced, one knows very quickly which Cities are suitable for Troop Production. (Greyfish archers are enough to defeat almost Everything in the Game, while For example, Orcs don't even have Archers) Because the AI is completely underexposed and completely overwhelmed with Cityspam, you get Deductions in Production when you have a certain Number of Cities. Great, isn't it? Exploit: No Part of the Game, there's almost nothing to Exploit. There are a few small Exceptions, but they are quite useless. For example, You can set up troops on a Large Library (which is a fairly common Special Field) and thus increase the Research speed a bit. Totally don't matter. And, last but not least, Exterminates: Archer army make, on to the Opponent, annihilate opponents. Thats it. The AI has absolutely no Plan for what to do and when, or how to respond to Archers. Also Worth mentioning is the wide Variety of Spells (over 300), which you don't need, even at the highest Difficulty level. Archers Army (s) and finished. Well, there is also a very questionable D20 system, Units you have to Vote out after movement (which leads to unwanted Trains), and completely confused Diplomacy (Declarations of War and gifts and Alliance Offers alternate by Chance) and you already have one of the Most superficial 4X Games I've ever played. Where Do all the Positive Reviews come from? Well, the Forum is besieged by some The Hard fanboys to give the Statements of themselves like: Planar Conquest is the best Game ever made and similar Nonsense. On This case, the Very fact is that not even 3% of the Players have ever finished playing a Game. In My Opinion, it's just too boring. You just realise it's just a Tablet game for gaaanz young People. Nice Finger exercise, if you are stuck in Antarctica, for example, with only this Game, I can recommend. Otherwise Not. There are simply dozens of much better ones. With regard to the Company philosophy, it can be said that until now they have only developed Scrap metal (just click company names in the Shop) and this is no Exception. Thanks for reading.
