The Moment of Silence reviews and comments

The first time I played The Moment of Silence about 10 Years ago, then lent it and never saw it again. But my Memories of this Game were still so impressive after 10 Years that I bought it again and sat down at it. And what can I say: It did my Gamer Soul to play unpretendly well an Old-school Adventure. No Puzzle Aids, no Hotspots, no Diary with Help Function-just nice:) From the Story to a Surveillance State and its dealings with citizens, to the individual Characters, to the incredibly great Music, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this Game. You like to talk to the Characters and run Paths twice to make sure you haven't overlooked anything without it getting too much. The Puzzles are logical and usually not too heavy, so the actual Main Goal of the Game-to enjoy the Story-is not interrupted. If this Game has a negative Point, it's the partial Long Walkways and the Finding of The path. But this really only minimizes the Overall Impression of the Game, especially since the Character can also be moved to the Race by Double Clicking. The Moment of Silence is one of the best Adventures I've ever played with a Soundtrack that won't let you go and a Story line that also makes you think in this Day and age. Absolute Purchase recommendation for Adventure Lovers and those who want to become one!

The Moment of Silence is a solid classic Adventure with Weaknesses. Graphic: Since the Game is a bit old, the Graphics are of course no longer up to date, but still in the acceptable Range. The Backdrops and co. The voice is a Voice And there are many Areas to explore and discover. Technique: The Game suffers from a few technical Flaws. Bad Way Finding makes the Game a bit frustrating in some places because you often have the Problem of changing the Screen or catching the right Point so that the next Part of the Area is shown and it is unfortunately not emphasized that it is even more so. Ecking there, which is why it can lead to wild rum-click every now and then. Unfortunately, there is also no Hotspot or Hint Function that would not have been in place in this Game. Sound: The German Synchro Has succeeded very much and the Main Protagonist Is spoken by Bruce Willis German Voice. The Sound Backdrops are also chosen everywhere to match the Scenario. This is where the Game doesn't go wrong. Story: Since I don't want to Spoiler anything, I just say how I feel about the Story. Personally, the Sci-fi conspiracy scenario appeals to me very much and starts the Story very interesting. The Game thrives on long and sprawling Dialogues with the Npcs where you can learn a Lot of Backstory also about the individual Characters. There was definitely really Effort being made there. I can definitely recommend the Game if you can see beyond the technical Flaws. You get a Game here with a Game time of about 10-15 Hours of Entertainment, which is a considerable Time, especially in the Adventure area. It's definitely worth hitting when it's in The Sale.
