It Is a magnificent game of the 90 of a missing study. It Is A game a little forgotten but it is a title with a big story quite long and with multiple endings, with twists of screenplay and very memorable characters. The gameplay and graphics may not be the best of their time, but it meets with quality standards. It Also includes RPG elements.
I knew this game in its time and I keep a great memory of it so it may not be impartial valuing, but if you are a retro FPS lover This is a real gem.

I remember playing it before, but I never finished it or half-hearted it. I Think Habermelo past, but had no idea anything, because it was small and not wise English, the experience was bad for me.
Now I play the original 1996 in 2012 and the experience was much better, because the story, despite being sensilla, had some incredible plot turns, and a narrative similar to that of Sistem Shock, but more complemented, but with well established NPC's.
Again I get this wonder, to realize that they had done a remake, but in truth, is not that, if not much better.
It Is A complete porteado, with additional material (only Capture the Chalice that had been cancelled, challenging achievements and multiplayer support), many bug fixes, better controls and graphics.

Deus Ex before Deus Ex existed. Strife Veteran Edition corresponds to the remaster of the not-so-well-known Strife: Quest For The Sigil, but adapted to modern compatible with some visual improvements such as better lighting, use of Bloom and better texture resolution-Considering that this is a Game of the 96 and it works under the IDTECH1 aka Doom engine-. The Classic version went almost unnoticed in the year it came out because it used an outdated engine, replaced by more modern engines as it was Build and the subsequent IDtech2, added to that same year left other renowned FPS as Duke 3d , Shadow Warrior, Blood and the Potentisimo Quake with its 3D acceleration.
One could leave saying that it was a game quite advanced for the time, not in graphic subject, been by the caractristicas and patterns that it possesses and that were not seen until mediated of the 2000. Contemplate the possibility of solving situations in different ways, to be able to do the missions in complete silence, was also the only FPS where the principle objective was not to kill everything that you ran, Pudiedo pass whole phases without firing any time, except the Bosses. In addition it could be mentioned the intricate of the levels and the structure of these, having large levels that make of Hub, and that serve as nexus between other levels, besides point of information, tasks and supply, such as an RPG game.
A very recommendable game if you like the FPS and those who look for that feeling novento of how the FPS were generations ago.
