Throbax TD
About
The game was planned as an old-school tower defense game (like Blizzard's tower-defense map in Frozen Throne), but with a twist.
We wanted the game to have an immersive story and the first half of it to be a circle-tower-defense-game, meaning that the monsters will not vanish in a portal of some sort, but stay on the screen until you have destroyed them, or there are 100 of them on the screen (in which case you have lost).
But other than that, no bells and whistles, just basic action, but neatly balanced, good controls and not too easy.
The games controls are RTS-like (that means, that you control a hero, who will do most of the work in-game) and the second half of the levels will change the gameplay to a standard tower-defense game.
System Requirements
Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8
Processor: Any processor with 2 Cores
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics Card: ATI or Nvidia Videocard with at least 256MB, or Intel GMA 950 or newer
Hard Drive: 750 MB HD space

Early access review is ugly but it's fun, especially in co-op.
However, there are big negative points:-the game crashes 1 out of 2 in multiplayer, the game has even succeeded in causing a friend's PC to crash.
-The animations of the giant arraignés when it dies gives you the impression that your screen will drop at any time.
-The time acceleration function and that of switching to the next wave are not available in multiplayer, it's a pity.
But at least the game is worth its price.

Early Access Review The Game is still in Early Access and there is not everything that is planned Yet, The Game has potential and I hope it is used. With 2.99, you can't actually do much wrong right now.
There are tons of Upgrades, Towers, Skills, and a few Things that have been done differently than in other TDS.
Current Content:-Skillsystem-Towers-Circle Tower Defense Mode You are Looking for more Recessions, Game tests, Gameplay Videos and the like? Then take a look in our Group.

Early access review very good game to pass the time.
For TD fans, you have good hours in front of you.
The game style is quite different from TD "lambda".
You play as a character, which you can evolve through upgrades. This character allows you to build towers (which you unlock and that you can improve) as well as attacking the units.
These units enter a circuit (map) that changes according to your level, and if you let the number of enemies rise to 100, you lose.
It is still an early access, but there is very little bug, and the dévs work on it almost every day.
Very good value for money.
To test for TD fans!

Early Access Review For an Early Access title, the Game is already amazingly wide and running very stable. I played it with both my Mouse + Keyboard and my new Steam controller, which arrived yesterday. Can only write good about this TD game. You really can't go wrong with the sale price of £2.39p at the moment.
Class I find the Content: Countless Upgrades, Towers and Abilities. Plus, the Protagonist "Ughlar" Is really sweet and has Recognition Value.
I particularly liked The Circle Tower Defense Fashion. Sowas doesn't offer every TD game, in a Genre that really offers a giant selection on Steam.
The only small Point Of criticism for me is the not particularly beautiful Graphic. But this irons out the Gameplay again.
Even numerous Achievements already exist. Although not yet over 50 as announced, the rest will probably come in the next Few months when it leaves the Early Access status.
All in all, a clear Recommendation for this Tower Defense title from Austria!
