Xenomarine
About
XENOMARINE is a dark, atmospheric, sci-fi/horror themed roguelike in which you play a space marine exploring an alien-infested space station. Starting out with little more than a crowbar, you will fight to survive against over 80 increasingly powerful alien species, as you progress as far as you can through infinite randomly generated levels.
With no starting classes, develop your character into the ultimate fighting machine by means of in-game choices: choose between over 70 skill levels as you gain experience from combat and from randomly generated missions, and create a unique build each time you play by finding and choosing between hundreds of unique usable items and individually upgradable weapons and armor.
WARNING: This game is hard: expect to die soon and often when first starting out! Also, in the default 'roguelike' game mode, death is permanent - meaning you will have to start again from level 1. But don’t worry: each playthrough will be different because so many parts of the game are randomly generated (in a way that’s carefully fine-tuned for balance).
PLEASE NOTE that due to the limited content in the current Early Access version, the game may start to feel a little repetitive, especially after level 15 or so. There will be much more content for the higher levels as development proceeds, making each playthrough more and more unique.Setting
You are a Xenomarine, stranded in a dark alien-infested space station. Your squad are all dead, and you have nothing but a crowbar, a torch running low on power and some battered armor. Death is certain, but you're sure as hell going to take as many Xenos as possible down with you before you go! And you've not forgotten the rumours that there's powerful ancient alien tech to be found...Features Of Xenomarine Early Access

Product received for free Early Access Review Xenomarine-a turn-based and hardcore indie game that takes not so much of its graphics as the Gemplem. At First it seemed to me: well not... Well, what is this? There's just a little bit of animated characters and critters and the graphics look miserable. But when I started playing, I completely took my words back. Because I have lost in one breath for more than two hours, trying as much as possible to pass these levels. The Game has just tightened me with its hardcore and graphic minimalism has become even very pleasant to me.
Gemplay game is very simple: move the mouse, beat the left mouse button (You can even play with one mouse, but the atmosphere will not be the same). There is no Training, but it is not necessary, because there is not something complicated and zamudrany. There is a huge pumping system. In it you can choose who you prefer to be to taste: A heavyweight tank or a carrier of light weapons with a shield and inflict a huge number of damage. In addition to the system of pumping still has a system of hacking (How it works, I, dear readers, I did not understand, but still trying to get to her), a workbench for weapons and armor. It Can be said that the game is quite pretend also to the genre RPG, as most of the elements from this species it has.
The game is Played on points and I have a guess (I underline!) that the game has no end, but for sure you I can not say it, because the maximum reached the level 10, and how many of them only one developers know. And It would be interesting if we had introduced a storyline in which would describe everything that happened on this ship and how miraculously survived our main character (and with the mount. GIVE IT to GORDON, VORYUGA!). And so... Even inside the game there are no documents telling about the events that occurred in this universe. A pity... I wonder.
Hardcore! Yes, baby! I want to pay attention to our friend Oldskyler. Yes! These are the very games of our game (Do not be afraid, respected oldschool will understand me), which need to pass all over again. Well, for a younger audience I explain: The game came out difficult, because: 1! Locations are generated randomly, and so guess the tactics of the game becomes problematic, and for some even impossible and therefore have to hope for the lady of Luck and not on anyone else 2! I got, of course, not so far, but reaching the level 10 I met the maximum of first-aid kits 5, and it is very, very little, given the increasing hardcore levels, lack of good equipment, slow pumping character (first experience is killed creatures, spend It can only be in special terminals, but this is not a problem: critters HAVE to KILL And the TERMINAL is NOT AT EVERY LEVEL!), and so the survivors.
Random. I have already mentioned it in all the above points, but it is worth mentioning. It's all randomized. Each time Everything is generated by new, but there are some regularities in the generation, or rather in the rooms. With each new level, their number increases and new ones are added, only their location and a little decoration are changed.
Variety. It manifests itself both in the arsenal and in the monsters (you Can hash me, but somehow looking at it I remember the game related to the Stranger. This is my right to association!) The Weapons are not small, but there is one thing but: the mounting is still your friend and teacher, because Weapons are rarely found here, and cartridges are even rarer. And here are different kinds of critters here and there are about... Hell... I did not believe, I do not want to lie, but... About 40 (Maybe less) to summarize, I want to say that the game came out minimalist and therefore not recommended to buy fans of good graphics (Do not think that I somehow want to insult you, just warn that the count here is not ice, and the screenshots you Can see and yourself in this make sure: whether you need such a design game or not), but highly recommend those who so missed the old spirit of Hardornosti, dandy, shogi and just old, good games that go from your childhood. Xenomarin is a very pleasant and atmospheric product that perfectly performs its work in terms of satisfying your needs. Some parts of the review I recommend for viewing by developers. Not Much... May heed the opinion of the reviewers of their brainchild. The Game is not in the early access, but it does not have any bugs or irregularities (Frankly, I'm certainly not a game developer, but I can not imagine how you can accumulate in such a simple game, although I saw a product in which comrades still managed to accumulate even so!). I put 10 blows on the explosive barrels of 10 You can read our opinions about other games in the group: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/SpecialGamesClub#curation
