I've been waiting for a sequel to last light for what seems like an eternity. I've also read all of Glukhovsky's books. Metro Exodus brings a new setting to the metro series without getting rid of the claustrophobic feelings of it's predecessors. The game boasts a new weapon / crafting system and the limited hud, the hostile environment and the limited ammo / filter supply makes Metro a unique experience. Although I would recommend playing 2033 and Last Light beforehand, Metro Exodus will satisfy metro veterans such as myself as well as newcomers to the genre.
