tl;dr: nope. Cool ships, interesting surface, but crap y story and gameplay.
It works for me, no bugs. But... porly lore, porly scenes. RTS and 4X have evolved a lot, and this game not. Even for a 2007 game, it doesn't add nothing in story. Cool ships design, cool skills, but a little weird interface and hard keyboard configuarion.

hello, that game seemed insteresting (i kind of liked the idea of organic ships.. etc) and i bought it on a sale... played only the tuto, Games is working so far. But since i installed it i'm receiving virus alert on the exe at least once a week... Second trojan in a week.. Never had this problem with steam before.. So the game seem to work for me even with antic pc ! so far so good ! The ambiance and the universe of the game are original i think.. So i'd really like to put a thumb up... But for viral infection i'm gonna thumb down.. So i guess : fans of this style of game, try it. But i can't recommand it because of viruses threat..

This game could have been one of the best Space-RTS games out there. The problem is, it lacks polish. It feels like the developers didn't have enough time or money in the end.
This game still has excellent graphics and ship design, interesting and innovative combat system, good story-(telling) for an RTS with decent cutscenes and the ai is pretty good.
I recommend this game for its price, but ONLY if you are more like a "hardcore" gamer, becoz this game is tough, even on easy mode. It's unforgiving and u can't save during a mission, only in between. The ui and control could be much better.
So, if you don't need a super polished casual big cash mainstream game, this game is worth a look. :)
