Underworld Ascendant reviews and comments

For Months I have been looking forward to it, but unfortunately I have to absolutely discourage it in the current State. The Developers should have spent another six Months working on completion and not misusing the Players as beta testers, as has unfortunately already become Usus today ... Among the Criticisms: The Options:-Mouselag always active, not Adaptable-which in some can definitely lead to motion Sickness-Options can sometimes not be saved (Switching to English language eg not working!)-Control seemingly only for Features that have already been proven can be changed! The ' Sheathe ' Feature, for example, is not occupied by default and NOT BELEGT WERD NOTE! WTF?! The graphics/atmosphere: + For me unfortunately the only Plus point so far: The Game is absolutely atmospheric, Dust and Light Effects are partly exaggerated mMn but very successful, here the Unity Engine shows Your Potential. However:-Are Close-up textures so ghastly slurred on ultra settings that you almost want the Wall textures of Arx Fatalis back ...? Why do Bats behave more like Birds?? -There is no real Feedback. For example, if I Throw a Skeleton a Box to the undead skull, I would expect a certain Effect, at least a Tumbling. But the weak Hero seems to throw around here with feather-light attractions, because the Opponents are simply completely sniffed at them. Menu guide/playability:-For some Items in the inventory, moving them is accompanied by such an insanely annoying sound that one almost inevitably wonders whether the Game is ever tested by People with a functioning sense Of hearing. Has been?! -Inventory overall OK BUT kept completely loveless and simple-no proper Item Descriptions, no value indication of the equipment Etc .. -Items at the Dealer from a Category have ALL the same Symbol! This is not only loveless, but also damn confusing-Logic errors! Why does an Item of the same Type cost, Eg Leather Gloves in the Quality ' damaged ' THE SELBE AS the same Item in Quality ' Exceptional '?! -The Map, one of the most important Elements in Games like this is not markable. No Markers can be set. Bugs. -Overall, all Menus actually seem unclean and unfinished. In Some cases you can't even read the Descriptions of the Functions in its Entirety! Conclusion Although I am really disappointed, especially because the Heroes of my Childhood were part of the Project. I even consider whether I should simply ask for a Refund of the Purchase Price. On the other Hand, I fervently hope that the Developers will take the Hail of justified Criticism that just bounced down on them to Heart and damn make a good Game out of Underworld Ascendant again! Because the Potential to do so, it would always have.
