One of the most creative, fun, immersive, and emotional experiences I have ever felt in a video game. Stop reading reviews and just play it. You wont regret it.

I don't really get what this is bringing to the table. Opposing Force at least brought some new stuff to the table with the new weapons and seeing a new perspective of the main events, all in a shorter, more fast-paced game. But this one had fewer weapons than the original and was more a new perspective on Opposing Force, which boils down to "a couple scripted scenes literally from Opposing Force." Except for the scene in Opposing Force that Calhoun was literally in. Functional and everything but there really isn't a hook like there were in the original HL and OF.
Yeh, the single campaign is rather standard "call of duty" thingy with couple cinematicly awesome scenese in houses, but multiplayer is fantastic. I've never was a big fan of multiplayer shooters, but CoD MW blew my mind with flawless mechanics on PS4 and smooth balance of skill and "fun". Can recommend to anyone (at least on PlayStation)

Florence was a short and sweet experience.
It uses no words and very little text, so headphones are a must to fully experience this game.
Even though the story lasted 30-45 mins I felt like I connected with the main character Florence and even related to some parts of her journey and felt so many different emotions regarding her situation.
I'd recommend anyone who enjoys a slice of life story to check this out.

This is honestly one of the best games ever made. You will cry.

The Legend of Zelda is one of my favorite gaming franchises of all time and most of the things I love about the series was either started in this game, or taken from the NES-Original and refined.
It's basically the Zelda formula distilled to its finest points.

While later games had cool gimmicks, better characters, bigger worlds, more intriguing stories, I still find myself coming back to this one the most when what I crave is just good gameplay and dungeon design.
It is also my #1 favorite game to randomize, though this is getting into modding territory which I don't think I should give the base game full credit for.

I guess my biggest issue with the game would be the fact that there isn't unique music for every dungeon. But that's honestly about where my criticism ends.
It's great!

A thing that I like the most in Little King Story is that it feels and plays like a true videogame, without trying to be a movie or other.

After you boot the game, the first thing that appears is the opening sequence which features classical music and a nice introductory sequence to the general theme and mood of the game and does it wonderfully, after that you only need to do the tutorial stuff, pretty straight forward, fun and entertaining, to get the hang of it.

The story can be a little weird and some aspects may also feel uncomfortable at first, like the art style that it looks aimed for little kids but a lot of stuff can be more mature that it seems (It's rated T after all) and that's a thing that I commend to this game, is never afraid of doing what is doing or not explain anything at all, at least in a direct way. At first, I was a little confused but as I progressed almost 3/4 of the story everything seemed to make sense and the finale pay off, I'm being nebulous about it not because this game has huge spoilers, but it demands that you have your own interpretations.

As for the gameplay and the main reason you'll be playing this, it's a lot of fun. It is a simplified RTS game, its mechanics are simple and have a nice progression system that rewards backtracking in a smooth way. You start with basic units, then with combat specialized units and then with specialized jobs for construction or demolition of several things. My biggest issue comes with the gameplay tho, the selection of your team is quite cumbersome and clumsy and even you start with a clumsier version of it, also, when you're fighting enemies, the control and selection of units can be at times frustrating, this problem is more pronounced with the boss fights, it is never that bothersome but is also consistent and it will be with you through all of your campaign.

Boss fights are in my opinion, the cherry of the cake of this game, they're so unique from one another and even twist the genre of this game for good, you'll be surprised with the inventiveness of them, and speaking of boss fights, the music is in charge of Yoko Shimomura of Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy and even Street Fighter fame, there are original compositions but mostly you'll find classical tunes (arranged to this game) which in my opinion were a perfect selection for the general mood and combat, so even when you face frustrating moments given the gameplay or at times tough fights you'll never lose the rhythm or even the adrenaline of this game.

As final comments, Little King Story is a solid game that has aged so well in a lot of aspects, you may encounter some serious challenge and at times some technical nuisances but they never are too big to give up this great game.

After I beat this game I had a forty minute conversation with a friend about artificial intelligence and theories on what it means to be human.

I loved the original LEGO Star Wars (prequel trilogy) and this one was reminiscent enough to fulfill the nostalgia, yet brought enough new things to the table that it didn't feel too simple or boring.

My two favorite visual novels of all time at time of writing this. Both of these games tell stories that can only be told in the medium of video games and I would recommend them to anyone even remotely interested.

Played this for hours on end because it was free and I thought it might be cool to have an ultra rare platinum trophy. Ended up having a lot of fun with this one. I don't know if it has much of an online community anymore but I sure enjoyed it at the time.

Honestly I'd place this somewhere in the top 3 Uncharted games
Honestly, this game is fun as hell. It can be a bit difficult to get your friends to download the app and play, but if they like Jackbox tell them it's like that but you get to rip on each other, and they'll probably be into it.
It's alright. Half visual novel, half puzzle game. Seedy hard-boiled detective drama with a match-three puzzle combat system. A strange combination for sure, but good enough to spend a few bucks on if it piques your interest.
It bugs me that this is considered "the good one" or at least an improvement on its predecessor, because I thought the original was way better. The gameplay in this one is also broken as hell. Stealth is way OP and enemies lack an understanding of object permanence, making it way too easy to cheese your way through the game. I got the platinum but the process of doing so for the first game was way more enjoyable, even with the insane difficulty of Akumu mode.
Played it for the lulz since it's infamous with trophy hunters. Honestly, not really worth it. Buggy and boring.
