It’s not a bad remake but it doesn’t fit in requirements modern players set to games. The animations are unskippable, the controls are unresponsive and the game in general is too slow. The regeneration process is frustrating. Anyway, I think that the fans of the original will like the game. However, if you don’t have any nostalgic feeling about Oddworld, this title will seem to be out of time to you.
They ruined the game for me with this artistic style they chose. It’s too childish for me, so I can’t dive into the game. Especially it feels wrong along with the blood and violence of this game.
Exceptional
An amazing space exploration game to relax. It doesn’t forces you to survive or feel the pressure in any aspect of the gameplay. You just fly around the galaxy, explore anything you want to. Multiple events happen here and there, and you’re always interested in them. There are a lot of exciting quests. The controls and the managing system are also very easy to master and comfortable to use. If you like FTL, this game will be another gem for you.
The game could be enjoyable if there weren’t those little problems here and there. The gameplay becomes repetitive soon, and the level design is quite poor, actually. This become obvious in a while, and spoils all the fun you may have during the first minutes of playing.
I highly underestimated game. When I saw it for the first time, I thought it’s another average game with mediocre graphics. I got it with a Humble Bundle and decided to give it a chance. And I found out that this game is awesome. It’s very immersive and enjoyable to play. So now I can recommend it and advise you not to judge a book by its cover.

I heard a lot of complaints about the gameplay and the controls, but still decided to buy the game, ‘cause I liked Oddworld back then. And for me this remake is directly the thing I hoped to get. It’s an enjoyable modern platformer, polished and creative. Can’t say nothing bad about it - every “odd” detail fits in the setting perfectly.
Mark of the Ninja is a gorgeous stealth side-scrolling platformer. It has a lot of gameplay features, different weapons and gadgets you can use, and it also brilliantly develops the theme of asian ninjas and their silent crimes. I liked that they didn’t make the protagonist overpowered, and every new level is a new hard challenge. The level design here is awesome too, so you can reach the goal using at least 2-3 different ways.
Unfortunately, this game is full of bugs. You know, even if the idea is great, the technical aspect plays a great role here. So my experience was ruined by the bugs and imbalance of Space Rogue. That’s sad, ‘cause I like FTL, and this games have a lot in common. Hope, the problems will be fixed one day.
This game is very immersive: playing it feels like driving your own spacecraft. better play alone, with headphones on. The atmosphere is great, and my only wish is a story within this setting. The games is good but feels a little bit unfinished.
The core gameplay here is simple, repetitive and boring. You connect folders, “hack” the program and then search for another computer to hack. I thought something interesting would happen later but no - that’s all the could offer. No challenging puzzles, no gameplay variety. This game is for people who don’t want to do anything but feel like a “real hacker”.
One of the best fighting simulators you can find around. The gameplay is very realistic and intuitive. The game gives a feeling of a real boxing match. Two modes - The Legacy and The Story - provide different emotions, and I think that the way up to the top in The Story Mode can hardly leave someone indifferent. It’s not another Tekken game where you can hit and hit your opponent. You must think about the stamina and act wisely to win. I enjoyed this game a lot, and if you want some new fighting experience with additionally great music and graphics, Fight Night is perfect for you.
Are you kidding me? A remastered version with 30 fps? C’mon. If I wanted to play something like this, I’d rather buy a really OLD game, not this “last gen” something.

It’s a very easy and enjoyable game - you just jump around, press the red button and collect little cubes. A nice looking time waster with awesome music. And on sale it costs less than $1!
Paint the streets of Tokyo with your mates. Try to escape from the police, army and magic that will follow you. The game is extremely fun, with great music and the atmosphere straight outta the 70s. Highly recommended and enjoyable game.
I praise the first game, but this sequel has nothing in common with it, and that’s a problem. The theme was changed, the combat was broken, the story… Well, I can’t name this a story. The game in general seems to be a cheap MMORPG, where you only press buttons and don’t care about the setting and all the rest. I hoped this game would be a great follower of Risen, and what I got disappointed me.

While the visuals and sound design are excellent, the controls are too loose for a fighting game. The champions move too slow, and you don’t have the feeling they really hit each other. I’d prefer more control in such a game. So I can call it only average.
The story is awesome, but Ubisoft can’t make good remasters. With this remaster you’ll get the same visual quality that the original had - so what’s the point? Only recommended to those, who pay more attention to the story, rather than the graphics - the plot here is outstanding, actually.
If you can finish a game for 10 minutes, it’s  not a game.
This game may be good but I had no chance to find it out because of horribly unresponsive controls. The spraying turns and controls are so bad, that your every move depends on chance, not on your skills. That’s really sad.
Strongly recommended pirate themed RPG. I don’t understand why so many people hate it. I enjoyed the game so much! It has a huge world to explore, and interesting quests, and the story that is exciting to follow. Maybe, the combat system is a little bit hard to master but for me it wasn’t a big problem, actually. Instead I got a badass atmosphere of pirate adventures and was satisfied with it. Before making an opinion based on reviews, try the game - I’m sure, you’ll like it, if you’re into piracy and RPGs.
