An average game with an average story and an average gameplay. There’s some grinding, I’d say the environment is a bit stale. Moreover I think the retail price is quite high.
I think the game overall takes the idea of being a 90’s jRPG way too serious. More than two decades have passed since when the games Lost Sphear is trying to replicate were released. I think devs have to understand that games evolve to – mostly for the better. This is a pushy attempt to appeal to classic jRPGs lovers, but I find it disgusting because they obviously don’t care about making a good game, they just want to make you buy it if you are an old-school jRPG fan.

This game might have a better looking, younger sibling but it's still a more complex, fulfilling experience.
More skills, more weapons, more locations. No broken scripts.
More dialogue, more easter eggs, more concequences. No BS base building mechanics to fill the world.
In what other game a 10-year old can hurt your 1 INT protagonists' feelings? The game then allows you to get back at the child by saying that he/she is not invited to a CAKE party!
Thanks for the experience, Interplay!

If you are open to MOBA or PvP games – pick this game. It has little to do with fighting games. Beautiful graphics, gorgeous music. Th fighting system is also okay, but I’d like to stress that this shouldn’t be described as a fighter.
A classic JRPG filled with simple piano music. I love the 90’s battle system and the story, that is simple too, straightforward even, and yet it is still compelling. The characters are classic, i.e. they are so hilariously cheesy and satisfyingly trite. All in all, old fans of Chrono Trigger, FFVI and FFVII, and Ni No Kuni will find the game very familiar and comforting.
«OST on repeat»
Dissidia has diverse characters, but the gameplay is unsatisfying. 1v1, instead of classic 3v3, makes battles very chaotic and it’s extremely difficult to get to grips. The story mode is tedious to progress and other modes will make you bored in no time.
«Waste of time»
A rare platformer which understands why people love the genre so it does everything it must in the best way, and doesn’t go to any other genre to borrow something. I really love this one.

Gears of War 4 has a great multiplayer mode and a incredibly boring campaign that takes you to the same situation over and over again with little diversity of encounters and enemies, mostly mirroring those of the original trilogy with some visual addons. If you are a single-player oriented person, skip this one: the story is not entertaining, the shooting is monotonous and the AI is always buggy.
Stormy situations are cool, though.

Five Word Review: Climb and destory giant colossi.
Favorite Thing: The colossi look fantastic. The bigger the better!
Least Favorite Thing: Controlling that tank-turning, slow starting and stopping horse can be frustrating.

Playtime: 5h
Enjoyment: 7/10
Recommendation: Yes. Just don't expect much of a story.

Five Word Review: Mostly a plain old shooter.
Favorite Thing: It's pretty action packed.
Least Favorite Thing: Generic story aside, it was incomplete and it will likely never be finished.

Hearthstone is a game that requires patience to start playing.
You'll need to grind enough cards to make a semi-ok deck so you can start completing the quests and adventures.
Once you've achieved that, you'll find that hearthstone is a game that provides lots of options to the players to play the way they want. If you like to play competitive card games, you'll find yourself climbing the standard ladder.
If you like the chaos of playing cardgames however, this game offers you the "wild" mode - in which all cards are allowed.
Overall, this is a very polished game that offers lots of fun, especially when you are playing against friends!
Do note though; it is also one of the hardest card games to get into. Not because it is difficult, but because you'll need enough cards. So be warned, you'll need to either drop quite a few bucks, or grind!

Five Word Review: Great, intense, frustrating local multiplayer.
Favorite Thing: There's a great amount of challenge but the gameplay is simple enough that non-gamers can partake.

Date Completed: 2018-02-07
Playtime: 8h (100% Complete)
Enjoyment: 9/10
Recommendation: For 2-4 players, definitely.

Five Word Review: Fantastic background story for Chloe.
Favorite Thing: A great story that really should have came out before the base game because it gives so much more emotion to the entirety of Life Is Strange.
Least Favorite Thing: The link between this game and its namesake is weak at best and feels almost like an afterthought.

Warcraft III, If you have not heard of it, you've been living under a rock.
This game is fantastic. Not just the game as it shipped, but also the game it came to be.
Let me explain why:
The good:
- THE BEST EDITOR. Seriously, if you like modding, it'll never get better than this.
- Thousands of custom game modes to enjoy. You can play Dota here. Nearly all of the game modes are polished.
- An active and vibrant community. There are lots of people working on all kinds of projects, everyone will be happy to help you along!
- A huge story driven campaign that sets off the events in World of Warcraft.
The bad:
- The RTS speed might turn you off. Its rather slow.
- The engine cannot handle too many units at the same time, and lag will only hit those who own too many. (I guess it also functions as an auto-balance tool ;) )

Alright, if you are here to play multiplayer or enjoy great design, leave.
This game is not for you, at all.
If you are here to experience more "Avatar" and immerse yourself more into the world shown to us by the movie, then, by all means, get comfortable.
Avatar is a game that manages to capture the beauty of the movie perfectly while giving you the freedom to explore it all in a huge campaign that features multiple endings. It has all the things we learned to love from the movie and capitalizes greatly on it.
Alright, so what's the catch, right?
Well, to be honest, the design is rather old. They are clearly using spawners on some sections of the levels, and you'll notice it.
Also, the game tried to look realistic. It might be dated by the time you start playing it.
Additionally, do not play multiplayer. This game has been hacked years ago, and all fights are between those with the strongest hacks. If you don't hack, you lose. I'm sorry if you hoped to enjoy some "blue monkey v/s military dog" fights.

Jotun is a weird game.
Some will love it, others will hate it. Both are completely viable opinions; here's why.
The good:
- Jotun has some fantastic storytelling. The game manages to make each level truly unique.
- Jotun understands the need for scale. Nothing ever feels small. Unless we are talking about you - puny human -
- The game is challenging. There are some levels that are rather hard and require some thinking through!
- It handles mythology with care and respect. If you wish to learn a thing or two while playing, this'd be a good starter!
- Wins the "Best animation for a checkpoint" award.
The bad:
- There is always one boring level
- Apples are really, REALLY hard to find.
- The attacks are not perfectly balanced. Light attacks are almost never worth it (some exceptions apply, in which light attacks are suddenly the strongest thing in the world - All dwarves ever)
- The map sizes are huge. You'll hate the backtracking if you have taken the wrong path.
Overall, this game is not for everyone.
Its a good game. And it features some awesome fights, but you will need to really sit through it all to get there.
If you like the things you see in the "The good" section, you are very likely to just ignore all the flaws written in the bad section. But if they do not appeal to you, I'd recommend not buying this game.

If you ever played Drug Wars on a Texas Instruments graphic calculator in school, The Dope Game was made for you. I enjoyed it.
