Cons: Levels are way too small. I experienced lots of clipping issues. Enemies are hard to spot due to the overall visuals. When you are shot at, you just don't know who is doing it. No quicksaves. Pros: Multiplayer is fun. I'd say the original was better. I also miss some classic game modes that were not there when I played it. You may like it if you've played all your favorite FPSs and looking for something new and lightweight, however I wouldn't recommend it.
I bought it recently and quite like it after a few days. Lots of small easter eggs that make you smile. Interesting micromanagement of the team. The trading system works pretty well. It has some bugs but all in all it is a fun to play and well worth the price.
This is a very charming and colourful game with delightful music. It is a straightforward "metroidvania" but with lots of Mexican spicy toppings. The humor and references might seem a bit too cheesy, but it doesn't spoil the game. It took me about 16 hours to finish (no rushing) to find all secrets and reach the "good ending". So it is well worth this time and the price.
Yet another metroidvania game, but quite a good one. The satisfying gameplay with lots of exploration and character development. Cheesy jokes, somebody finds them hilarious. I didn't, but I can live with that. The game is well worth playing and you should get it any time you have a chance.
Love this game! It blends exploration, RPG, and tactical combat and adds a handful of jokes and it is a pleasure to play. Lots of old-school elements will make you drop a tear. Bosses are awesome and various - from giant meat-eating worms to dragons. I heartily recommend this one to anyone who enjoys games.
The sequel to the classic original game establishes it as one of the best RPG series out there, short though. The world is huge, tons of dungeons and caves. Everything drops loot, so it's a great game if you like constant upgrading and customizing.
However I have to mention some problems: a terrible camera, a horrible map interface, lots of boring quests (especially side ones).
Overall, it's a good game and true to its spiritual ancestor (by which I mean Diablo) in all respects, warts and all. If you don't mind looting and grinding, play this one.

This great physics based platformer deserves your attention. Solve puzzles, go though various obstacles and fight many monsters. The graphics and overall visual style look spectacular with lots of tiny details. The sound and music are outstanding. The story is simple but still works. You get to control three characters - classic set of a warrior, a mage, and a thief, each with different you have to use to get througn the level. It is very similar to The Lost Vikings in style, so if you loved that one, you'll enjoy this one.
A pure stealth experience where you can rewind and stop time. You have to escort a girl through the game and a non-lethal playthrough is really challenging. However, you can kill everybody in your path, then it will be fairly easy.
The story is mildly interesting, it has multiple endings depending on killing or sparing the king, lethal or non-lethal run.
There was a demo version on the web earlier, not sure if you can find it now to try it for free. It had some glitches that were eliminated in the game, but still it is a good way to understand the meat of Shadwen and to decide whether to play it or not.
In general, I strongly recommend this game, it is a rare and very enjoyable indie title.
Exceptional
A very weird game about a man with issues.
«That ending!»
The game seemed very promising at first: a space trading sim. Somehow the game doesn't deliver on any expectations.
The management system is dumb, you just have to put up a team with the same type of food they prefer and if you manage to get this food in time, you have pretty much nothing to do. There, you are a great manager!
The trading system looks interesting, economy is dynamic. It depends on ressources from different planets and the trades you have done already, but there's not enough information to use this system to its fullest. Also, it's very repetitive.
The fights are just boring.
The game is funny sometimes but it's not worth the price and all the things mentioned killed the mood for it. So skip this one, unless you are a true fan of cosmic strategy games.
You won't find a solid story or any kind of realism here. But it has a great run-n-gun gameplay that retor FPS fans might find nostalgic. The gaming experience is dark, gritty, brutal and fairly bloody. The only con is it is glitchy sometimes. However, this is not the game to look on the marvelous environment, you came here to kill.

All in all, this is a great game with many good old tricks and things. Somebody might feel that this is sometimes too much of a classic game, and it even has a classic mode that brings back the old sounds (however, modern metal remakes are great too). If you are looking for some light-minded FPS experience, check this one.
The game is good and it brought me lots of fun. It has this nostalgia feeling of old-school shooters. I was constantly thinking about Duke Nukem while playing Bombshell. To be honest, this game actually started to be developed as a Duke title but later turned into a new IP. Surely, Duke is a great main character, but Shelly "Bombshell" Harrison managed to live up to the level of Duke. It's like a female version of him, which is really great. The game had some bugs when I played it a few years ago, maybe now they fixed them (at least I can't find people complaining about them now). So, if you are a fan of old-school, give it a try and you won't regret it. Cheesy jokes, metal music, lots of explosions included.
The game feels like Konami wants to find a shortcut to large profits of the franchise, what is more disturbing is that it seems to me this is going to be the last actual game in the series if they will go on like that without. So let’s see. First, there are microtransactions. Secondly, the controls are bad. Konami tried to make a different kind of game using existing controls and scripts, but the thing is you can’t teach the old game to do new tricks, unless you reinvent some basic things. On the whole, MGS is an average wave-based shooter and Konami is really starting to look like EA.
The first three-four hours it is quite fun but it fails to entertain afterwards. The gameplay is very repetitive, so don’t buy it for the full price, wait until it goes down to $15, then you might give it a try.

Best PC-game in the world!
There is such a cool free computer game - Dystopia. These are session battles, in which one team storms, and the second defends a series of objects. Fighting takes place simultaneously in cyberspace and in the real world. This is not just a shooter, it's a smart team shooter. It has great cyberpunk scenery and beautiful atmospheric music of the band Bioxeed.

It's nice that not all gamedev switched to producing fun farms and donating cloning of successful projects. Metro 2033 Wars - a completely original game, besides the universe of the Russian writer. Quite complicated. Hardcore, if you want. Pass it is not so simple, mistakes are expensive, customizable levels of difficulty there. Unless, if very hard, you can erect the Mastercard Empire by buying resources for money. But! The game goes well without it, if you are ready to think with your head or, at worst, defeat it by saving / loading.

The game is divided into two unequal halves. The global map is a flat metro map, the tactical battle screen is a three-dimensional arena. The goal of the game - moving on the plot and performing quests, through the chain of battles to come to the finale. As part of the gameplay is a strategy with tactics. On the strategic map of the metro, the holdings of all factions are marked and movements of their detachments are visible. It also manages the management of diplomacy, construction and movement of its own fighters. When the units of the warring factions are at the same station, a battle begins. Other mini-states conflict not only with you, but also with each other. Everyone has enemies.

The global map is patchwork, in each location there is a separate station. They can be captured by entering troops into them. At the station you can engage in the management of detachments, hiring fighters, erect buildings of an economic and military nature, to keep garrisons. A good economy will keep several units. In the windows of diplomacy, one can declare war or bribe other microstates of the underworld. In the windows of the quests get tasks and move on the main plot. The world is open, you can visit different places, fight with anyone you want, spit on assignments or diligently implement everything that is offered. Part of the stations is unlocked with the progress of the game.

During the battles, there is a large scope for tactics: from selecting fighters against specific opponents, based on their vulnerabilities, before making decisions on the spot - move to the rear row, forcing the rival enemy to leave the shelter. Many mutants are vulnerable to fire - they should be hired by flamethrowers. Does the enemy like to use support? Then we take a sniper to calm those in the back rows.

Locations of the tactical arena look great. Their detailed elaboration and upbeat touching painstaking drawing pleases the eye in every battle. Stations that have seen better times, their shabby walls, barriers, graffiti, burning tanks ... Part of the mess in the arena - those boxes and barrels that can be used as shelters - are generated randomly, which adds to the battles of diversity. For example, with the hunter, whose ability to hide in garbage will certainly force your squad to suffer. But he may not be lucky if he is too tidy in the lobby. As you pumped, almost all of the player's players acquire a similar ability. The scope for tactics is understandable: in the case of the hunter, if the gadenish has bothered you with his hide and seek, he can pull his squad back onto the line so that he has to come closer. Without cover, he loses two-thirds of his steepness. If you yourself rely on shelter, you can try to take a more advantageous position by shifting the line so that the saving barrels are on your side.

HZD is casual like a GAP pullover with it's simple exercises like running, jumping and archery. It looks great, speaking about graphics, but from the point of the story it's naked like a skeleton corpse. I could almost telepathically see the past when some bosses cut the budget for the story.

Oh, man, and the skill tree is so boring. Why actually I could not attack a creature jumping from above? I did it in many games before. More-loot-from-dinosaurs skill to make some more trash devices to hunt dinosaurs? Or maybe you are dreaming about super skill of grabbing a loot from corpses, sitting in a saddle of robohorse? Thanks a lot, that will be soooo helpful.

I mean, HZD is not so bad if you want some relaxed gaming and no so common setting. But tempted gamers will skip Horizon for sure.

In the age of flashy shooters like Borderlands 2, Doom 3 and Wolfenstein, Half-Life's innovative approach to level design and gameplay mechanics is not as fresh as it was back in 2004. The market has much to offer both in conventional and horror shooter subgenres. But then again, it's been 14 year and the impression HL2 left on game creators can be easily seen in modern shooters.

It's lore is huge and expands far beyond the game itself. Remember all the speculations surrounding the endings of each episode? I know you do!
Also, who the hell is G-man? How come Gordon is the right man in the wrong place? What does the fate have in store for the characters?
Please Valve. We need to know.

The legendary game is beautifully built, and has stood the test of time (and I am not talking about game mechanics or graphics). Gordon Freeman is still above Gordon Ramsey in Google top searched after all! The Source engine is used even today, many of the mod creators who built the communities around the game are now fullfledge gamedevs. What else could you ask of a game, that would someday be a history book material along with it's prequel and it's creators?

Once upon a time this game blew my mind. If by some miracle we ever see Half-Life 3 it will, unfortunately, fall short of all the hype surrounding it.
